My story
My path has always been one of exploration — seeking to understand life beyond the surface,
questioning, and transforming through both challenge and discovery.
I grew up in Brazil surrounded by folk traditions, Umbanda and mediumship. Spirituality was
never foreign to me — but for a long time, I kept it at a distance. I was practical, rational, building a
conventional life through technology and work.
Then everything collapsed.
Within a short period I lost two jobs in a row. The financial pressure was immense — bills to
pay, a family depending on me, and no clear way forward. It was the darkest period of my life. I felt trapped
in a loop with no visible way out.
It was in that moment of crisis, when I had nothing left to control, that I finally
surrendered.
I accepted the calling with my whole heart — and everything began to change. The resources
appeared. The courses came. The path opened — not because life became easy, but because I stopped fighting
the direction I was being shown.
Moving to Ireland added another layer to that rebuilding. A new country, a new culture,
starting again from the ground up. But each challenge deepened my understanding of what I was being called
to do.
From Brazilian folk blessings and Umbanda to meditation, Kundalini Yoga, shamanic practice in
Ireland and a life-changing ayahuasca ceremony in 2024 — my journey has been about presence, responsibility
and honest care. Each step opened new ways of seeing and healing, revealing that spirituality is not about
rigid beliefs, but about authenticity, balance and connecting with the sacred within.
Today I am a certified Transpersonal Therapist with a focus on shamanism. I teach shamanic
practices, guide spiritual counseling, and support others in releasing blockages, aligning their energy and
reconnecting with their inner strength. My work combines ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic
understanding, always rooted in lived experience and a compassionate approach.
I know what it feels like to be lost. I know the weight of uncertainty, of responsibility, of
searching for meaning when nothing makes sense. And I know what it feels like when clarity finally
arrives.
It is my purpose to share these practices and this knowledge — helping others discover that
clarity, healing and a deeper connection with themselves.
